Ann Biebuyck

Ann Biebuyck graduated with a degree in Business Psychology from Ghent University, as well as a Master’s in General Management from the Vlerick School in Ghent.

She spent the first 15 years of her career working in Procurement, Logistics and Quality Management, primarily within the food industry (Gourmand, McCain & Lunch Garden).

In 2019, she founded her own consultancy firm, B4G (Business for Growth), a C-level consultancy, working on projects for Lunch Garden, Vermaat and Q Group, amongst others, as CEO and Senior Advisor.
Through her consultancy firm, she also launched Tourbeau in late 2025, a social project aimed at offering meaningful experiences to co-citizens aged 55+ across the region by organising day trips filled with culture, social interaction, exercise and good food.

For several years now, she has been a Certified Director at Guberna and serves as an Independent Director at Vander Zijpen and as Chair of the Board of Directors at Copagro.

Ann is determined to continue working at all levels to make an impact and facilitate improvement on a broad scale.
