Ann Vermeersch

Ann Vermeersch holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from KU Leuven and a Postgraduate degree in Finance & Business Administration from KULAK. Throughout her career, she has remained at the forefront of her field through executive education at renowned institutions such as Vlerick Business School, TIAS, and London Business School, focusing on management and HR.

Ann began her career in academia and the healthcare sector, where she led and expanded a multidisciplinary rehabilitation center as Director. She then transitioned to the financial sector at KBC Bank, where she progressed from Senior HRBP to Deputy Director of HR at the
headquarters, before taking on the role of Senior Relationship Manager for corporate clients.

Since 2001, she has held various operational executive positions at Creyf’s and Randstad. In these roles, she led extensive operational teams within highly results-oriented environments, driving business development and launching an innovative service delivery model. Currently, she serves as Lead Strategic Advisor at Randstad.
Ann combines a strong results-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial vision, leveraging her broad HR expertise as a strategic lever for organizational success. In her current role, she provides consultancy on Employer Value Proposition (EVP), employee experience, strategic
workforce planning, and the optimization of HR processes. She seamlessly integrates financial acumen with extensive experience in change management and operational leadership, inspiring diverse teams to achieve growth and retention in today’s challenging labor market.
