
Hilde Peerlings
Hilde Peerlings holds a degree in commercial sciences from the University of Ghent, a study that she later supplemented with an MBA from the Vlerick Business School and a Master's degree in HRM from the HR Academy in Luxembourg.
From an early age, Hilde had a passion for economics and entrepreneurship and after several years as an internal auditor and business development manager in the financial sector, she switched to the automotive sector where she transformed a small garage into a company with 7 branches and more than 180 employees.
In 2013, Hilde became a laureate of the Livia Award, where she received the prize for the female entrepreneur of the year, awarded by UNIZO Female Entrepreneurs in Limburg. In the same year, Hilde was also a finalist for the WOMED Award, an award for the female self-employed entrepreneur of the year, presented by Markant and UNIZO.
Since then, Hilde has been active as an investor, shareholder, non-executive director, mentor and guest lecturer. In addition, she also holds various active mandates as a director at LRM, Corda Campus and UNIZO National, among others.
