Marc Dorny

Marc Dorny studied Mechanical Engineering at KU Leuven and earned an MBA from Vlerick Management School in Ghent. After a short time at Exxon, he joined Umicore, where he was responsible for contracting raw materials for the group's various factories. He was also actively involved in developing a new strategy for the Hoboken site.

After 10 years at Umicore, Marc entered the consulting world. For 17 years, he provided executive interim management services. He started this activity at Arthur Andersen (later Deloitte), CDK & Associates, and Hoffman & Associates. For the past 10 years, he has personally carried out interim management assignments in Belgium and abroad, in the areas of general management, restructuring, crisis management, and HR. The common thread throughout his career has been helping companies undergoing change, either as a manager or as a consultant.

Marc is also a judge in commercial matters at the Antwerp Court, where he deals with bankruptcy cases.
